How fast is the internet connection?
We understand that connectivity is non-negotiable. We provide secure, enterprise-grade Gigabit fiber internet. This ensures seamless video conferencing and fast file transfers, even for data-heavy presentations.
Can I bring in outside catering?
Yes, you are welcome to arrange your own catering. We can also provide recommendations for top-rated local caterers who are familiar with our building, ensuring a seamless lunch or breakfast service for your meeting.
How Far In Advance Do I Need To Book In Order To Get A Meeting Room?
We recommend that if your meeting is for more than 6+ people, you will want to plan (48 or more hours) as the number of rooms that can accommodate your meeting goes down from several to 1 or 2 available daily.
Oval Offices DC also provides private day offices & phone booths for you to use on-demand. Members are welcome to email us or secure their reservation through our online portal.
How Soon Can I Start Using The Included Meeting Room Hours After Signing Up?
Meeting room hours are usable on the first day of your virtual plan’s start date. All of our rooms are available to book by-the-hour or day.
What Happens If I Go Over The Provided Meeting Room Hours In My Plan?
Any hours over the included monthly meeting room amount will be charged an hourly or daily rate.
Can I Use Meeting Rooms After Hours or 24/7?
Our meeting rooms provide access during business hours, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. If you need extended hours, please contact us.
How Secure Is The Wifi?
Our Wifi network utilizes a private, secure WPA2 Personal encryption platform. Our network is built on an enterprise-level network. However, given the nature of modern communication, we cannot make any guarantees.
How Do I Book A Meeting Room or Buy A Day Pass?
You are welcome to book a meeting room or purchase a day pass through one of our 3rd party platforms (one example is Liquidspace.com) or by reaching out to us directly.
Do You Accept Pets?
Our building prohibits all animals that are not service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring service animals.
